How do I message my planner?

Our secure messaging system makes it easy to connect with your dedicated Origin Financial Professional any time you have a financial question.

You can securely send them a message right in your Origin profile by clicking the speech bubble on the bottom left-hand side of your dashboard, next to your planner's information. You'll see this option in the Advice section as well.

You may also use messaging to send files to your planner that are relevant to your financial situation or for preparing your upcoming meeting.

Your planner will respond via messaging when they are available, generally within 24 hours. You can go back and forth with your Origin Financial Professional, sharing extra details, documents, or context needed.

Message your Origin Planner whenever you need financial expertise!

Please note that if you do not see this option in your dashboard, your employer package may only offer access to the platform, and does not include access to a planner.
