There are a couple easy ways to securely provide documents to your planner:

Via Messaging: When chatting with your planner in Origin's messaging system, use the paper clip icon to attach and send any files. This will upload them for your planner to access.

Directly in the Advice section: You can upload and keep any necessary financial documents for your planner in the Financial Vault. Your planner will have access to these. We recommend uploading all your documents ahead of your first planner session to make the most of the meeting.
These types of documents may be helpful to your planner:
- bank/investment statements,
- tax returns,
- insurance policies,
- retirement plan info,
- wills or trusts,
- other financial records.
Providing relevant materials gives them more context into your situation. Feel free to attach any other documents securely through messaging or on the Planner page that you think could assist your planner in providing the best advice.
