Origin widgets are designed to help you stay on top of your spending and track your finances directly from your iPhone's home screen. Here’s how they work:

1. Track Your Overall Budget

The overall budget widget allows you to quickly see how you're pacing toward your total budget. It provides an at-a-glance view of your financial goals, so you can easily monitor your progress without opening the app.

2. Track Your Category-Level Budget

If you want to focus on specific categories like Coffee Shops or Entertainment, press and hold the overall budget widget, click “Edit Widget”, and switch it to track a particular category. This lets you keep an eye on your spending in the areas that matter most to you.

3. Track Both Overall Budget and Categories Together

The combined view lets you track your total budget alongside a breakdown of your spending categories. The default view shows your top spending categories, but you can control which categories are displayed by holding down the widget and selecting “Edit Widget”. If you prefer the top 5 categories, simply remove and re-add the widget.

4. Track Your Latest Transactions

The latest transactions widget shows your most recent purchases in real-time, so you can keep track of your spending as it happens.

Light and Dark Mode Options

All of our widgets are available in both light and dark mode, allowing you to choose the display that fits your personal preferences and phone settings.

How to Add Widgets to Your Home Screen:

1. Press and hold anywhere on your iPhone screen until the apps start wiggling.
2. Tap the “+” button in the top-left corner.
3. Search for “Origin” in the widget options, choose the widget size that works best for you, and tap “Add Widget”.
