If you're having trouble connecting to your financial institution, or if you prefer to use a different data provider than the one we default to, you have the option to switch providers. This can often resolve connectivity issues without losing your transaction and balance history.
To switch data providers on desktop:
- Click on the black "+" in your Net Worth section OR +Accounts button at the top of your profile.
- Search for your financial institution by name.
- Our system will automatically use the best provider/aggregator for your institution..
- If you are still having issues, you can select a different provider manually by scrolling to the bottom of the connection modal. Select your preferred data provider and follow the prompts to add your account.
For Mobile Users:
- Open the mobile app, click the + button in your Net Worth section.
- Search for your financial institution by name.
- If alternative data providers are available, it will automatically use our other providers to connect. Click this icon to see our recommended connection option along with other available data providers.
- If you are still having issues, you can select a different provider manually by scrolling to the bottom of the connection modal. Select your preferred data provider and follow the prompts to add your account.
This process allows you to maintain access to your financial data and manage your accounts effectively, even when switching between different data providers.
