How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your login

Adding an extra layer of security to your account with two-factor authentication (2FA) is easy. Follow the steps below to request 2FA for your login:

1. Request 2FA Activation:

   • Via Support Widget: Type "agent" into the support widget to connect with a team member and request 2FA activation.
   • Via Email: Send an email to [e-mail] with the subject line "2FA Activation Request."

If you access your account through your employer, enabling 2FA might be subject to your organization’s policies.
