How do I change from an annual plan to monthly?

If you've subscribed to the annual plan and decide that you'd like to switch to a monthly subscription, here's what you need to do:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to your profile.
2. In the "Membership" section, click “Manage subscription” and select “Monthly”.
3. Once your annual plan is canceled, you can then sign up for the monthly plan by selecting the monthly subscription option.

When you cancel your annual plan and switch to the monthly plan, please note the following:

• The plan change will be effective at the end of your annual plan.
• Once you've signed up for the monthly plan, you'll be charged the $12.99 monthly fee on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel or change your subscription.
• Please note that when you switch to the monthly plan, you'll no longer be eligible for the 30% discount on premium services associated with the annual plan.

If you have any unused premium services from your annual plan, such as remaining consultations with Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professionals, these will be forfeited when you cancel your annual subscription.
