How do I cancel my Origin subscription?

Deleting your Origin account is quick and easy to do through your account settings:

1. Log into your Origin account on a desktop and click on your profile circle in the top right corner. Note that this option is not currently available in the mobile app and will require access from a desktop to complete the process (screenshot attached below).
2. From the dropdown menu, select "Membership". 
3. On the Membership page, click on the "Manage" button and select “Cancel membership”.

If you have any funds in a brokerage product (such as Origin Cash Account, Stock Bundles, or Auto Index), you'll need to withdraw those funds before canceling your account. This helps ensure your assets are properly returned to you before closure.

Once all funds have been withdrawn and your balances are $0, then you’ll be good to move forward with canceling your account.

If you created your subscription directly through your application marketplace, you will need to follow their instructions for cancelling.
