How do I get started with the equity tool?

Getting your equity grants into Origin is quick and easy! Here's what you need:

• Latest 409a valuation (available from your company)
• Grant details like type, ID, price, shares, vested amounts
• Vesting start date
• Vesting schedule

You can find these grant specifics in your paperwork from your company.

Then just head to the Equity section of your Origin profile. If it's your first time, enter your company name and current 409a value when prompted.

Next, input all the grant details mentioned above. Do this for each grant you have. That's it! Origin will then track vesting schedules, current value, exercises, taxes and more.
