If you need to reschedule your meeting you can do so right from your Origin dashboard. Please note that this will require you to cancel your existing meeting, and re-book for your new time.
- Head to the Advice Tab: Locate and click on the 'Planning' section, which you can find on the left-hand side of your screen
- View Your Meeting Details: In the Advice section, you will find your scheduled meeting listed. Locate the meeting you wish to reschedule and select it to view the details.
- Cancel the Current Meeting: Before you can reschedule, you need to cancel the existing meeting. There should be a 'Cancel Meeting' option within the meeting details. Confirm the cancellation.
- Re-book Your Meeting: After successfully canceling the meeting, you can now schedule a new one.
Cancellation Policy for Planner Sessions
We value your time as well as the time of our planners. To ensure that everyone's schedule is respected, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our planners to manage their appointments more effectively.
If you need to cancel a planner session and it's less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time, please note that a credit or refund will not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all our members.
