Can I access my account after I leave my employer?

We are excited to extend portability options to our past members who are navigating changes in their professional journey! 

In the wake of a change in employment, we want to make sure your Origin benefits remain readily accessible. For the initial 3 months following your career transition, you can enjoy uninterrupted access to your Origin benefits at no cost. This grace period allows you to find your footing and continue enjoying the perks you're accustomed to.

Once this timeframe wraps up, you will have the option to continue your Origin Benefits for through our paid subscription option so you can take your Origin Benefits with you and continue to work with your Origin Planner (if you had access to the planner experience) and access the platform. 

To facilitate the smooth setup of your account during this transitional phase, our dedicated support team will need to verify your employee email and mobile number on file, along with the personal email you would like to use for your login moving forward.
